Carlos’s Contact Lens is required to recruit Carlos. Talk to him to find out that it fell down the drain then go to the Theater Vancoor Basement 2nd Floor and go into the Cells. Go into cell 05 and down the ladder to the Path of the Spider. Walk left until you can't any more, there you will find the lens, shining gold.
