David’s Letter is an item that allows you to recruit David. After Jack Russell's promotion to Sergeant in Theater Vancoor talk to David while he is not training. He will ask you to deliver the letter to Mint. She can be found in either the Septem Region before 10am or in Tria Village after 10am. After the letter is delivered talk to David again and he will have been recruited.
