The Empty Bottle is a weak weapon under the classification of one-handed sword.
Jack can find these all over the place: Path of Swords and Wisdom, Path of Insanity and Fanaticism, Path to the Beast Pit, Black Town of Night and Lust, Aiden region, Dorse-Aiden region shed, Dorse region, Fort Helencia, Jack's Room & Dwarf Tunnels x2.
Dan also uses the Empty Bottle, though it's simply called 'Bottle' in his weapons list. Likewise, Grigory and Giske both use two Bottles when they're fighting.
